Our Story
From Local Roots to National Reach
Our journey began in 2001 as Meander Real Estates, founded on a passion for developing the Nottingham Road area, specifically the launch of Gowrie Village. Over two decades, we established ourselves as a trusted local authority. However, by 2021, we recognized a need to offer our clients something more: a broader footprint and national exposure.
Joining the Seeff Family
To achieve this, we joined forces with Seeff Midlands (Hilton) to create a dynamic team of 10 agents operating as one powerhouse unit. This strategic move expanded our marketing footprint to cover the entire corridor from Mooi River to Pietermaritzburg, including key areas like The Ambers and St John’s. Today, we offer the best of both worlds: the localized care of a hometown agency backed by Seeff’s national network of 200 branches and 100,000 active buyers.
